Central Ohio native who attended St. Francis DeSales High School. Played football at The Ohio State University where he was a 4 year starter. During his four years as a Buckeye he received All Big Ten honors, named Big Ten Player of the Game twice, Chevrolet Player of the Game twice, and also was appointed to the Sports Illustrated All-Bowl team while winning two Big Ten Championships. Drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 2000. Joined the Columbus Stars of the PDL in 2002. Experience coaching and training athletes at all levels and enjoys coaching to see athletes develop physically, mentally, and emotionally.
